A question about ares??????

I used to use ares all the time, and it was great because it gave me all the songs i wanted. but, then our computer crashed, and we just got it fixed. we reinstalled ares and repurchased it, and it worked for a little while. but then, it wouldn't let us open it (something about trojan horse), and we reinstalled it again, but then it wouldn't let us log in! we used the exact same code as before. we e-mailed them, but they haven't replied yet. does anyone know about this problem or how to fix it?
