All You Can Drink Specials?
I am curious on what the specific interpretation of the ABC Law in New York. It prohibits bars "from selling, serving, delivering or offering to patrons an unlimited number of drinks during any set period of time for a fixed price". But "does not apply to private functions not opened to the public, such as weddings, banquets, or receptions, or other similar functions or to a package of food and beverages where the service of alcoholic beverages is incidental to the event or function". Does this mean that if you offer an all you can drink special and package it with an all you can eat special, that that is legal?
