Brown is turning to Lib Dems in desperation as power slips away from him?

Daily Telegraph, front page today. He is obviously putting it in the guise of "empowering the Libdems", so it looks like more of Gordon's famed generosity (which is normally, in his case, a euphemism for profligacy, lol).
