Snowboarding question?

Heyy well like where i live there are at least like 10 ski resorts within like 30 minutes of me or something like that haha idk but there's a lot! and like there's this one really close by and everybody hangs there alll the timee. i never learned how to snowboard but i'm really intersted! i surf so idk if that helps, but what's the best way to learn. i don't really want to ask any of my friends to teach me because i don't want them to have to like stand there while i go 10 feet and fall on the bunny slopes when they could be having a lot of funn. so what would be the best way to learn?
