ive been really bad lately ever since i started my first period. like im a friggin pig. I've had 3 twinkies 2 rice krispie treats 2 pop tarts, 4 cookies, 5 fiber one bars, pizza, all in the following 4 days. my dinner and lunch is really good, but later i crave it all=[ i dont wanna get fat. I excercise but i eat alot on my period. help what can i do?
