Great intermediate piano song with just 2 or 3 flets?

They're 'flats', not "flets". If you can play all 3 movements of Beethoven's C# minor sonata - the "Moonlight" - the second movement of which is in Db (5 flats) you shouldn't have many problems with the "Pathtique" (or Claire de lune, for that matter). It's in C minor, which, of course, is 3 flats. Or perhaps a Chopin Nocturne - the Ab nocturne (4 flats) isn't difficult to play.
