Who is a better singer, Miley Cyrus or Hilary Duff?

Hilary. I still think the best Disney singer is Demi Lovato,though, but Hilary comes in second. I really liked "Come Clean". I haven't really heard her more recent stuff,but I really liked her first CD. I'm not too big of a Miley fan
