Science project is about sky diving, need formulas and suggest a kind of reporting that can fit our topic?
Well I am thinking of imitating the episode of myth busters episode 94, but I need formulas to find the terminal velocity. I need to know what is drag coefficient (and how to get it), atmospheric pressures and anything that can make our project good. Well my idea is that I am going to make my own air tube and put objects with the same m but different surafce area (this will explain that when surface area decreases air resistance decrease so terminal velocity will increase, this is how I understand the concept in en.wikipedia.org but I am still confuse on terminal velocity maybe giving an example will do.) and some formulas to find the final velocity at specific time, terminal velocity of an object (man in skydiving) with a specific m and projected area and a suggestion for reporting or improving our report.
