How much money do you think I will need if i go backpacking through Southern and Western Europe for 5 weeks?

3 of us are going in July, travelling through Greece, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic, Germany, Holland, Belgium and France. We are going to be travelling on a shoestring, but we still wanna have a good time! also, we have our transport already sorted and paid for through interrail.
