What are the cheapest Blackjack tables in Puerto Rico?

Someone asked this question and the answer "El San Juan Hotel" was not correct because next door at The Intercontinental Hotel, tables are as low as $3.00. Someone I met at the Hard Rock in Hollywood Florida was in PR and said she was playing at $2.00 tables but could not remember the name of the hotel. Does anyone have more information? Thanks!
