In Matthew 7:15-23 Christ is speaking about false prophets and not all prophesing christians?

Its not referring to saved christians at all. Its referring to those that have "disguised" themselves as men of God by what they say and what they do in public but in their hearts they never knew God and thus Jesus says I never knew them.
