Im 14 pregnant and bleeding HELP!!?

ok im almost eight weeks pregnant yesterday I had light spotting and last night it was like a tsunami hit. I had blood through my pj bottoms but none on my bed their were no clots but the blood was a darker brown did I have a miscarrage?
