I have OCD, and I can't take it anymore.?
Its important that you and your friends thoroughly know and understand the symptoms of having Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) because when it starts, it's just you and what you are feeling at that instant. If you don't want any medications and just want it to go away, you need to train yourself to control it and this needs time. Don't lose hope when at first you may fail to prevent it. Remember that you don't just fix that disorder overnight, you need your friends to help you. You said that the only time you don't feel this way is when you're around with others. So this is your first step and it may be hard, but as you go along slowly, do things that interest you a lot that makes your time fully occupied and everytime it attacks, take your mind out of it, take deep breaths, relax, and laugh it out. In this way, you start to control your emotions slowly and while training your mind to overcome it. Practice makes a long long way.
