How do those who deny global climate change problems explain the thawing of the Northwest Page?

One can argue technicalities of monitoring stations around the world until you are blue but the FACTS are that ships are finding it easier and easier to navigate the Northwest Page. Doesn't that suggest something major has changed about the climate?
